Jon LeDang

Jon first started working for our restaurant group in 2012 as a server assistant at Regatta Seafood Grille in Lexington. He also worked as a bartender at Malone’s Steakhouse. Jon helped open Drake’s Nicholasville as an associate manager before opening Drake’s Owensboro as managing partner in 2019. He returned to central KY in 2022 as managing partner of Drake’s Nicholasville. He calls Drake’s and Bluegrass Hospitality Group his family!
