Samantha Jones

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Samantha began her career with our restaurant group, Bluegrass Hospitality, in 2019 as a host at OBC Kitchen. Over the next few years, she worked as a host, server, and key hourly. In 2021, she started her management career at Malone’s Hamburg, where she spent nearly three years. After a brief stint at Malone’s Lansdowne, she relocated to Tennessee to help open Malone’s Chattanooga as a manager in 2024. Now, as she steps into her role as Managing Partner of Drake’s Cool Springs, she’s proud to have worked within every BHG concept, except Aqua Sushi (she jokes that sushi rolling might not be her strong suit).

When she took her first restaurant job at 16, she never imagined building a career in the industry. But over time, she found a true home within BHG. Her favorite part of the job is watching her team members grow and succeed, both personally and professionally, and seeing the positive impact that hospitality can have on others.

Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Kentucky basketball and binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy with her cat, Ollie.
