Kharis Montgomery

Kharis was born and raised in Lexington and moved to Louisville in August of 2015. Her career with BHG started at Drake's Paddock Shops in 2015, where she served as a server, bartender, carry-out, and both FOH and BOH key. She helped open Drake's Hurstbourne as the bar manager in August 2021 and was promoted to Managing Partner in August 2023. Kharis enjoys DIY projects, puzzles and watermelon Redbull.
