Allie Kothe

Allie joined the Drake's family in January of 2013 as a bartender. After having her son in September of that year, she moved to a key hourly position and eventually up to bar manager and then kitchen manager. She took a brief hiatus in full time management then rejoined the management team full time in August 2022. She was promoted to managing partner in December of 2023. Allie has a wonderful son who has grown up at Drake's! Plus two dogs, one cat, and one fish....and a huge Drake's family 🙂
