Molly was born and raised in Sparta, TN. Her love for the restaurant industry started at the young age of 12, as her family owned three restaurants in the Cookeville area. By age 19, Molly took on a management position that developed her passion for leadership in the restaurant business. In February 2024, Molly joined the management team at Drake’s Cookeville and quickly felt like a part of the Drake's family. Within a year, she was promoted to managing partner. Her favorite pastimes include quality time with her dog and her partner and playing video games.
