Zack Lisle

Zack was born and raised in Winchester, KY. His family is from Menifee County and he spent every weekend and summer in the Red River Gorge playing on the cliffs!

Zack started his career with our restaurant group, Bluegrass Hospitality Group, in October 2017 as a food runner while in college. He went three years before realizing that he loved going to work more than what he was doing in college. Zack moved up from food runner to server assistant, server, carryout and bartender. In 2022, he was promoted into management and helped open Drake’s Leestown.

Zack says, “I have been to 14 Drake's! I still feel like I did in college and love coming to work and working with all of my friends! I'm so excited to get started and working alongside everyone.” In his freetime, Zack loves hunting and the outdoors. He’s also a proud die hard Steelers fan!
