Rachel Garmley
Rachel started working at Drake’s Knoxville in 2016 as a bartender. She was promoted to an in-store trainer after a year and a half before moving to Bristol and helping open Drake’s Bristol as a manager. A year and a half later she was promoted to Managing Partner! Rachel won Managing Partner of the Year in 2022. In 2024, she became Managing Partner of Drake’s Florence.
