Bryan Young

Bryan has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, starting as a bus boy and working his way up to become a Managing Partner in 2016. He joined the Drake’s family in December of 2019 as bar manager of Drake’s Nicholasville. Bryan joined the Drake’s Hamburg team as kitchen manager in 2020. Since being here he was awarded kitchen manager of the year and has led a high-performing kitchen team all while helping train the future of our brand as a training store. Bryan says, “I am truly blessed to be a part of one of the greatest teams that I have ever encountered in my career. I am married to my amazing wife Kristy Young who is also a Drake’s team member. She has always supported me throughout our 11 years together and is hands down my biggest fan as I am hers. We love to live life to the fullest and our passion in life has always influenced me to be a great leader and wouldn’t be where I am today without her. After years in this industry I have never been more excited to be a part of such an amazing brand with so many amazing people who I have met along the way.”
