Aaron Cobb

Aaron grew up in Versailles, Kentucky, before moving to Lexington to attend college. He joined the company in 2014, originally hired Drake's Lansdowne location as a server assistant, while also supporting the team as a food runner.

In 2017, he was promoted to management and completed three months of training in Knoxville, Tennessee. He began his management career at Paddock Shops before transferring to St. Matthews in 2018.

During his career, he also completed a four-month stint as Managing Partner in Indianapolis, where he had the opportunity to build strong relationships and work alongside an exceptional team. In 2025, Aaron became the Managing Partner of the Drake's Hurstbourne. He is happy to be in Louisville and looks forward to continuing to work alongside his stellar team.
