Charish Hubbard

Charish started as a carry-out team member at Drake's Bristol, TN, in 2020. Within a few months she cross-trained as a host and server assistant and as soon as she turned 18 she started serving. She says a turning point in her career was visiting Drake's Cool Springs, TN, in the summer of 2021 for two weeks to help out. While she was there, she was offered a position as a key hourly. Less than a month later, she packed her bags and moved to Cool Springs. The key position sparked a passion for management, and Charish knew she wanted to grow and learn as much as possible to reach her goal of becoming a managing partner! She worked at that location for over a year before stepping away from Drake's for a few months due to personal reasons. Her passion for Drake's and management never left, so she decided to move back home and started working at Drake's Bristol again.

In November 2022 she was offered a management position at Drake's Jeffersonville and helped open the store in 2023. During her tenure as a manager, Charish mastered serval different roles within the building. She says the most beneficial period of her career was as the kitchen manager. Charish was promoted to managing partner in August 2024.

Charish says, "BHG is more than just a company, it is a family. The growth and support I have experienced during the past four years is the reason I am where I am today. BHG saw my potential and gave me the tools to reach my goals. Hospitality is my passion, and I love being able to inspire my team to want to achieve that!"
