Richard Pikey

Richard began his career with our restaurant group, Bluegrass Hospitality Group, in 2012 as a server at Regatta Seafood Grille in Lexington, KY. He then served at Malone’s Steakhouse for three years before moving into a corporate training position where he taught menu and service classes for all BHG restaurant brands. Richard was promoted to management in 2015 at Malone’s where he worked for six months until being asked to move to Florence, KY. He managed at Drake's Florence and Paddock Shops before being named managing partner of Drake’s Bristol in 2018. He then moved to become the managing partner of Drake’s in Burlington, NC, before becoming managing partner of Drake’s Cool Springs. In 2024, he opened Drake’s Murfreesboro as managing partner. Richard feels blessed to be a part of an incredible work family. In his free time Richard loves to travel, it’s important to him to see the world.
