Erica Heath

Erica began her journey with Drake’s at our Hurstbourne location as a bartender in 2021. Over the next two years, she demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, advancing into a full-time management role. Erica's leadership extended across multiple locations, including Drake’s Hurstbourne, Pikeville, and Danville, before she took on her current role of Managing Partner at Drake’s Outer Loop when it opened in 2024.

Outside of work, Erica is passionate about music and is an avid concert-goer, having attended over 450 shows since she was 15. Her love for music is just one of the many ways she brings energy and enthusiasm to her role at Drake’s!
