Jennifer Bindrim

A proud O'Fallon native, Jennifer has been part of the restaurant industry since she was 16. She joined the Drake’s family in August 2020 as part of the opening team at Drake's Shiloh, starting as a server. Within six months, she was promoted to an hourly manager position, quickly rising to become the service manager. Jennifer later stepped into the role of training manager, where she focused on team development and operational leadership. Her dedication and leadership led to her promotion as Managing Partner in April 2025.
