Isaiah Houck

Isaiah got his first job in the restaurant industry working at an ice cream shop and realized right away he liked the industry for two reasons: working with people of all walks of life, and connecting with guests. Besides a short stint as an insurance agent and phone salesman, he’s spent all of his time working his way up in the industry. His journey with Drake's started as a manger in December of 2020, but was cut short in June of the next year as Isaiah had to step away for personal reasons. He says the way the Drake's team handled his leaving made him realize it was the perfect company for him even if it wasn't the perfect timing. “Until I started working here I'd never worked for a company that cares equally about their employees and their guests.” Isaiah found his way back to Drake's in January of 2022, and was promoted to Managing Partner in April of 2023. In his free time Isaiah likes to travel, collect bourbon, and spend time with his cat Sphinx.
