Emmett Foster

Emmett started at Drake’s Bristol, TN in May of 2020. He was 17 at the time, and it was his first real job. He was trained as an SA, and quickly cross-trained to work host, steward, and sanitizer positions. When he was 18 he started serving, then picked up expo and dishwashing shifts to help out. Emmett was promoted to bartender, then to key hourly, before being called to manage at Drake's Jeffersonville, IN. He was promoted to managing partner of Drake's Clarksville in 2025.

Emmett says, “In my time as a manager, I have been privileged enough to travel and help about 10 stores when help was needed. I was raised up by some incredible role models that I still learn from today, and continue to find more and more awesome people that prioritize me and my team so we can reach success. I love the way Drake's is a family, and it has helped to raise me into the man I am today.”
